Aims, Goals, Tasks, Trainings Format, UFO Academy's Background
Any company's success is directly connected with efficiency and professional level of its staff. UFO being a leader in the light heaters market is not an exclusion. Its success and achievements are the results of every employee's efforts. But the leader has no right to stop at what has been accomplished. Thus, it is important to grow and develop. That's why in March 2009 UFO Academy project was launched.
This project is unique not only for UFO company, but for all Ukrainian companies as well. The education is performed as a corporate university, what means that all trainings, courses, master-classes are conducted not once in a while, but systematically.
The main goal is optimization of employees' work and professional development, as well as their individual skills development.
UFO Academy project includes 5 thematic units, i.e.: IT-training, product-trainings, advanced trainings, rotations (exchange of experience between colleagues), team building.
Almost all trainings are conducted by professional trainers from our HR department. External trainers are involved only for IT-trainings. UFO's management believes that investments in quality development of the team are the most effective in actual financial conditions, as they improve the company's capitalization.
